OUR STORY

From decades on the developer side to your side of the table.

Between them, our founders spent more than seven decades selling homes for some of NCR's best-known developers. They saw first-hand what buyers needed and rarely got: straight answers, honest comparisons and someone who stays after the booking.

In June 2023 they brought that experience together as Property Gold. Our belief is simple — results come from giving clients exactly what they're looking for, backed by site diligence, transparent pricing and a team that stays involved from the first visit to possession.

Noida Extension is one of NCR's fastest-growing residential corridors, with new expressways and metro connectivity planned under the Greater Noida Master Plan. Every address we recommend here has been personally visited by our consultants.

    Property Gold is founded

    Sachin Garg, Sanjeev Kumar, Hemant Bhardwaj and Mayur Garg launch an independent consultancy in Greater Noida West, registered with UP RERA.

    Verified homes across the region

    Site-visited projects across Noida Extension, Greater Noida West and Rajnagar Extension, Ghaziabad — with more projects being added.

Founder & Managing Director

Sachin brings 22 years in real estate — 20 of them in corporate leadership — to the head of Property Gold. Before founding the company in June 2023, he held leadership roles at Mahagun, Civitech and the Uppal Chadda Group. As Managing Director he sets the firm's direction and the standard every recommendation is held to.
